CANCELLATION POLICY

*Cancellation Policy* I ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you give me a minimum of 48 hour notice. Appointments canceled 48 hours prior will not be charged a cancellation fee. Last minute cancellations, no call and no shows will be charged 100% of their service. I run a very tight schedule but I absolutely do understand things happen. Please give me a call if you are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late I will not be able to accommodate your full appointment. PLEASE REMEMBER TO RING DOORBELL UPON ARRIVAL! Please be advised not to wear expensive clothing to your hair appointment, as they could be ruined. I am not responsible for any damage that occurs. NO guest allowed during your service. Children are only allowed to come with adult when that child is also scheduled for an appointment. Please let me know if you need to bring your child so we can discuss a private appointment.
